ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Top Management of the company comprises elected board of Directors comprising of

eleven (11) members as required by the Service Provision Agreement.

Board of Directors representation is as follows:-

·        Town Clerk, Maralal Town Council

·        Treasurer, Maralal County Council

·        Chairman Maralal County Council

·        KNUT Secretary, Samburu representing consumers

·        Business Community representitive

·        Women Representative

·        Representative of NGO’s

·        Head of Anglican Church, Samburu District

·        Representative of the Ministry of Water

·        Representative of Ministry of Local Government

·        Managing Director of the Company

The names of directors are as follows: -

The Company is in the process of attaining autonomy and self sustainability from the

Northern Water Services Board. Currently the Company has established its offices at the

heart of Maralal town with the Managing Director, Technical and Commercial Managers

being responsible for the daily running of the Company.
